  Very frustrated with this company and their follow through on the sale of our house and so many issues were brought to light! We had 2 mortgages through them and overall was ok (nothing really bad or really positive). That was until we placed our house on the market & sold it. It started with them failing to send the buyers title company the pay off paperwork. It got to the point that 2 days before the closing I ended up having to call and request the paperwork and send it over to the buyers title company so that they could cut the checks. While we all kept waiting for that we found out from the buyers title company that there were issues with the title from the previous owners to us (who are family). It was so messed up that we found out that they should have NOT allowed us the mortgage without fixing the title!!!! We ended up having to do 3 titles (more money we lost from the closing) to fix the system so that we were able to sell the house. Once we signed all the paperwork and received payment we thought we were done and that the mortgages would be paid off....NOPE on the 10th of the month (15 days after the sale of our house) they took out my mortgage payment! I called the office and was told by staff that they hadn't received the check?!? But they did received the check for the 1st mortgage...So our realtor (WHO IS AMAZING) called and helped us and found out they "lost the check". So the buyers title company had the check stopped & overnighted a 2nd check. Also telling them that they would 'honor the pay off date of May 31st". Well as you can guess that didn't happen. Then I called once I received the payoff note it says June 14th with no information on when I would be receiving the 'extra payment'. I called the office and was told that it would be cut the last week of June. I am so over this company and saddened that we received better care from the buyer of our houses companies than ours. I thought working with Credit Unions and the companies they support would mean quality care and unfortunately that didn't happen.
