  Students be aware. I was being charged monthly service charge since December. I reached out to the bank and could not get the reason for 3 months. Finally I got the response and they stated that my student status expired and I was expected to maintain a minimum balance. There's no proper communication on the account change and the minimum balance required. No email, no text, no call They don't even specify the reason for several months And it's so hard to reach someone in the branch who would take responsibility and the account manager for you. Students be aware and cautious. This is the worst customer service I've experienced with any banking institution.

  Try to avoid this bank ATM, I found a fake twenty dollar bill from the money dispersed through this bank’s ATM. Employers in the bank are too unfriendly and haven’t solved my issue, when I informed about the fake bill. Please don’t ever call to customer care, they are rude and doesn’t solve our dispute rather they give lame answers .
