      Went in to open a checking account and was treated like one of the family immediately. I could’ve stayed and chatted with Ana all day, and I almost did without knowing!       Every single time I call fifth third bank I sit on hold for an hour minimum just to pay my loan. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Worst bank I have EVER dealt with in my life!!!!
