  Tellers are super rude at this location. I needed help with a personal banker and the teller was very short with me. I had no idea who I was supposed to speak to so I figured I would ask a teller where to go. I told them what I was there for, she made me repeat myself twice. After the second time she rolled her eyes and that I shouldn’t have waited in line for that. She said I should have just sat down in the lobby and waited for someone to come out and help me and to not ask the tellers for help. I understand the information she gave to me, but the way she delivered said information was unprofessional. It was a nasty tone like I had somehow wasted her time, when really no one else was in the bank or the drive thru and I simply needed some direction as to where to go. There’s no signs that say “please sit here if you need assistance DON’T BOTHER THE TELLERS”. The personal banker was the saving grace in this situation. Kim was very professional and helpful.
