  Maybe it is the time of day that I come in to pay a visit to get a few things accomplished, but there is never a wait too long in line, I always manage to get the happiest teller, I get everything accomplished without any issues, and leave with a smile on my face from the customer service. Definitely grateful for this branch.

  I was thinking about getting my home refinanced, wasted a lot of time with these people. They purposely didn’t tell me important information and I almost got scammed into sending in an application with them (which I’m happy I stopped, I’m sure they get some kind of reward to push people into this). Not only did they leave vital information out to trick me into applying, when I had additional questions, they “couldn’t” seem to answer them. They kept dodging important questions I needed answered before going forward. That’s when I had enough, too many red flags. Manipulation. Not forthright. Just completely unprofessional and an embarrassment to GP.

  One of the most helpful, knowledgeable Fifth Third branches I’ve been to. The manager, Mr. Andy takes the quality of customer service a few notches higher by resolving the situation instead of just pointing the customer in different directions. Highly recommended.
