      I'm not one to complain but how hard is it to answer the phone? I tried calling this bank 6 times today and they just don't answer.

      I would give them 0 stars if I could. I've called them several times today at 3:00 p.m and they allowed the phone to ring for 3 to 5 minutes each yime they would pick up then hang up the phone immediately. I find that very unprofessional. I definitely need to switch banks.
