      Fifth Third Bank is horrendous to work with as a whole, do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. As for this branch, I needed a signature and was told to arrive by 4pm, I arrived at 3:15pm and was told to sit and they be with me in 15 minutes. 55 minutes later they called me to assist, unfortunately it was now 4:10pm and they could not get the approval for signature.

      I bank here weekly, always through the drive thru (even pre-COVID)my average wait 10+ mins, with my most current visit taking 20mins before I was even to the teller spot. I try different times of the day and consistently have slow service. The employees are always pleasant and apologetic of the wait but it is a huge burden.
