  I just opened an account there a few weeks ago. Today I got my first paycheck from a new job. I went through the drive thru, and the teller (I believe her name was Janet or Janice) blonde hair white lady. .... told me I couldnt cash my check, only deposit it. I asked why , and she stated that " the system " wouldnt let me., so I deposited.She told me it wouldnt be available until tomorrow. I called the bank after I left to speak to someone and find out why, and the same lady answered, and was so unbelievably rude and snarky I had to hang up before losing my cool. I have never been treated so poorly at a bank. Ever. I regret opening an account there.

  Teller #5 at the drive thru window she is a Blonde hair older fat white lady who continues to harass me about adding my disabled son that is a child mind you to my bank account and she refused to allow me his payee and PAY TO THE ORDER FOLLOWED BY MY NAME to deposit his monthly benefit check I will follow thru with discrimination charges against fifth third and this teller
