      Nobody answers the phone. Tired of the Covid message. I’ve called 3 branches and same story.

      DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. I was exposed to covid last week and my account was overdrawn due to automatic bill pay, something that shouldn't happen to begin with. I called to explain the situation, that I've been sick, am vaccinated, was exposed, still tested positive, and haven't been able to get into the branch. THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OVERDRAFT CHARGES. They did away with any forgiveness for COVID related issues in June, because apparently the pandemic is over at Key Bank. Other banks are doing away with overdraft charges all together! Open an account with Capital One, do business ANYWHERE ELSE. Horrible business model. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT MONEY.
