      You can easily find a better bank. Staff don't present a professional demeanor and appear to have little banking education. I tried to change my address and they refused because my driver license did not yet have the new address. I explained that I changed my address with Sec of State online as required but I am not required to get a new license until my renewal. They still refused to make a change. And to close my account they want a fee to write a check for your money. Don't fall for their incessant television commercials.
