      If I could give this bank 0 I would. I made a mobile deposit on 07/01/22.It is now 07/10/22 and they still haven't released my funds. Spoken with branch by phone and in person and I've been given a plethora of explanation none of which my employer feels are truthful. I banked with this institution for almost 3 yrs. I regret I've had more issues with this bank than any other!!! After this I will be no longer bank with them. Customer service was also rude when I spoke with them. DONT USE THIS BANK!!

      Can't give 0 stars. Bought a pickup. Loan was through fifth third. Finance guy said I'd be mailed a statement. Nothing showed. Email or paper. Tried calling. Never got through. Finally do. 3 months later they send a payment booklet. Claim there's fine print that they don't do statements. Most crooked and unorganized bank I've ever dealt with. Go somewhere else.
