      A consistently incompetent, technically challenged, and dishonest company. After years of bad service, I finally closed my business account in January only to have 5th 3rd continue to charge phantom late fees. Just had another brutal telephone call with this branch where, again, they refused to acknowledge their error and claim again to have fixed the problem. I doubt that's true. Dear Google, zero stars should be an option.

      Cassie is far and away the most pleasant banker I have ever worked with. She is incredibly reliable and respectful. When I have committed to getting things to her and forget she gently keeps it on my radar and eventually I get it together and get it done. She is awesome!!!
