  I've been banking with fifth third for quite some time now, as well as my family. Of all the fifth third banks in the area, this one is my absolute favorite!! The staff is always courteous, attentive, and quick at their job. Definitely worth more than 5 stars!!!!

  Won't help non members. Even law enforcement. Tried to have some large bills exchanged for small bills. Basically told to take a hike. I'll never bank there and never recommend anyone do.

  My mother, and her disabled sister Becky strolled into Fifth Third Bank after they sent my mother sister Becky a pre-approval for $30, 000. My mother Roxanne was the witness to both occurrences... as they left the bank the same Fifth Third told her that she was eligible for up to $50, 000.. keep in mind this woman is disabled in my mother is guiding her financially... as Becky goes back into the same Branch to get what was told she was promised to get they told her they could give her $19, 000... This branch is highly unprofessional.. unethical... And very lucrative when it comes to lending with numbers. it seems to me after I've witnessed everything that has transpired Fifth Third is only out for the best of their interest and and not their customers. Highly disappointed in the manner in which they knowingly, lucratively, deceptively, deprived a woman from, what it was that she was really pre-approved for. I think this branch is highly unprofessional and you should think twice before you use them.. they are manipulators and I would try PNC Bank or Huntington but,That's not a good way to have good customer client relations... Also, what kind of customer would trust that?? So here's some insight on going with Fifth Third for your next loan or mortgage. One would think being a major sponsor of Fifth Third Field, this bank would at least be honest and fair. I just don't think, that they were 166. 7% sure on what they wanted to loan.
