      Very solid knowledgeable folks here. Have helped me on multiple occasions and multiple issues. They also do notary stuff. Only neg I have is that leaving the complex the bank is at is a bit tricky. It needs a light.

      Overall this a this is a negative review for Fifth Third bank as a whole. Last week I went into the bank to cash 6 checks. Today I looked at my account history and realized that I was charged a $15 return check fee, which is odd because I haven't written a check from that account in 5 years. After 45 minutes on hold I found out that the teller mistakenly double counted one of the checks.... honest mistake. What isnt so honest is the fact that 5/3 is charging me for a mistake made my their teller.
