  Ive calles My local 53rd bank which is the brickyard and rather your inside or in the drive thru even when you call there is no efficiency always a line in and out ive wsited 10 mins and had to hang up and call the 53rd on Harlem and North Joseph answered the call immediately and handle my transaction in less then 3 mins great job and thank you to this location for always answering calls and being so efficient inside and out this will be my efficient bank to go to I love my 53rd bank i think there great and the brickyard branch needs to take notice of how there doing such a efficient Job....Thank you Joseph and all at the Harlem Branch.

  Beware of Donald Douglas. He is beyond rude. I went in to open a new account with a confirmed appointment. He said no one was there to open the account for me and was not at all apologetic. He wasn't even willing to accept that it was their responsibility to notify me that my appointment won't be honored. He told me to go to another branch in the most inappropriate way possible. I cannot believe I had such an experience at a bank. All other employees there were just looking like they were also embarrassed of their manager's arrogant behavior. I am thankful this happened the very first time I step foot in this bank itself, I saved myself from anymore humiliation. Note for Mr. Douglas - Sometimes people who come to your bank might be extremely rich even if they look simple! So be nice to everyone and don't judge a book by it's cover. Also, it is evident you hate your job! Why don't you leave!! Why are you waiting to get fired??!!

  Never have I felt so disrespected by a bank. I just moved to the area and it was my first time in the bank. But keep in mind I’ve been with this bank since when it was MB financial. I deposited a check in the area where I moved from. And it cleared for at least a week before I went to this branch that is closer to my new home. The teller I think his name is Carlo Asked me where did I get the check from. The check was cleared by the banks checking and balances system. But proceeded to question me where did I get the check from ! I guess maybe because I am black and Muslim I shouldn’t have that type of money in my account! This was my first and last time visiting such a rude and disgusting bank !!!
