      I had posted a previous review in regards to a mortgage loan officer RAUL COBOS who was helping me in a process of a loan for a home. The process was not done the way it should’ve and the whole process went down. Selling my home and then getting the loan rejected and staying without a home. I contacted fifth third bank managers from the mortgage department and they help me a lot and I was able to received a refund of fees that the loan officer made me pay. With that being said. That was couple months ago that the issue was handle with the managers. Yesturday the loan office contacts me calling me crazy and stating that I have mental issues for calling out on him for what he did and what I had to go through. Meaning this loan officer speaks to his relatives about clients. We as clients have the right to give reviews on what we feel towards a company ect ect… I changed my review with fifth third bank because I haven’t had any issues with the bank itself and the mortgage managers were very nice on helping me with a refund process. They deserve the 5 star from me. The problem was the loan officer itself and now his wife got involve. Just a heads up.

      Bad customer service , wait time unbelievable and never any urgency I’m going to keep giving this place bad review how can you not have change for your business accounts and you have you wait for another person that’s off work to be there to get change unbelievable they deserve no stars ⭐️ until they getting it together
