      I have always enjoyed banking at the Chardon Fifth Third. Now in fairness, I've never done anything beyond work with the tellers at Chardon - all of our Fifth Third mortgages were arranged before we moved to town. I usually deposit checks or withdraw cash twice a month, and I find the tellers to be efficient & courteous.

      They once treated me great. Now it's like they don't care how they treat me. I thought they were supposed to give 156% or however the commercial goes. The 5th 3rd branch in Chardon told me I could not do a certain thing. I went to the branch in Concord and they said NO Problem, we can get that for you !! Are they just lazy in Chardon ? The girls at Huntington treat me so good I take them gift cards. That's why I do most of my banking there now.

      Chardon office is awful!!!Tried to open a new account but the tellers needed to leave immediately so couldn't help me. Seriously? What about customer service?
