  I have had it. I been with 5/3 for years. Since 2014. They use to be a great bank. They are not anymore. Customer service cancelled my bank card without me asking them to. When I called and asked why, they could not give me a reason. The card was spose to be here 7-10 business days, it took over a month. I had no way to get money because I work during business hours. They told me they was gone overnight it to me. But they lied... They never did. I also had a overdraft option, that they just took away from me after I had it for a long time. But they didn't have enough decency to let me know they took it away, or WHY? I called customer service, they said I had to call the branch. When I called the branch I was told they was gone contact customer service again, and call me back. I never got that call back. Then I was going to apply for a credit card but this lady at the bank would not let me add a authorized user, even tho her co worker told me I was allowed to. They was playing games so I ain't go through with it. I will be closing my account here. To many people who work for this bank keep telling me they don't know what's going on or why. And that is not a bank I want handling my money. I need a bank that can give me information about MY BANK ACCOUNT when I need it. Fifth third can not or will not do that.
