  I had an insurance check that needed to be endorsed by 5/3 since they are the mortgage holder in order to repair roof damage. I was at the location for roughly 1.5 hours for something I was told would only take about 30'. Issue was not resolved since I had to get back to work. I left my contact number and was told they would get back to me once it was done; 24 hours and did not hear back from them. I called in to talk to an "Austin" who was handling the issue but was told someone would call me back. The motto of this bank should definitely not be "making banking a 5/3 better." It's endorsing an insurance check! How many bureaucratic steps does it take??
