      A lot of great things to say about my experience at this new 5/3 bank location! This is a must visit location....Totally new design and awesome concept. Coffee & purified drinking water, Wi-Fi work area like a high class coffee bistro and excellent customer service! Be sure to ask for Narah!! You can tell immediately that she is a professional that is very focused to helping her customers! She was able to make some needed changes to my accounts PLUS Narah also found a way to save me $25 in monthly fees!! Her manager was also helpful and the rest of the staff very friendly. Nice to see 5/3rd investing in new building designs and great employees that give me a reason to stop in for a visit!

      Every 5/3 Bank from Michigan to Tennessee is the best bank ever! Every single person is kind, caring and so very respectful, and diligent! They are all really interested in everyone! They have treated me like a family member!

      I rarely write reviews, but I had to write my own personal experience with this Bank and the staff at this location. The respect and attention they provided me is so humbling. I have had so many bad experiences with banks, so I thought I should test this bank and I am so glad I did. I have only been a client in 4 weeks and I am planning to move all my accounts to them. Thank you Timothy, Todd ( the Branch Manager who is so kind and patient... also very Smart!) and even Michael, I have nothing to say but 5 Stars to you all!!
