The absolute slowest 5/3 branch I've ever visited in my life. Extreamly understaffed on Saturdays. Don't waste your time.

Please tell me the benefits of having nine accounts with fifth third bank when they can NOT provide a simple service of giving me the coin change I need to run my business. I went to this branch twice today and was given 2 different excuses: person with key to vault is at lunch. Then I go to Vanderbilt and 951 branch and get the same answer. And today is not the first time this has happened. Looks like it’s time to start shopping for a new more competent bank!
