      Wow! I was banking with Chase but their website is clunky and I got boilerplate replies to my inquiries. I went back to Fifth Third Bank and I couldn't be happier. Just signed some papers with Felipe at this location. He's 100% professional and efficient. I'm treated like a human, not a number. What a difference!

      I'd give ZERO stars if possible. Avoid this bank at all costs. Elizabeth the "banker" will tell you one thing and then have a "manager" call and tell you it was fabricated. They will steal your money and make up reasons why deposits weren't added before debits. Don't even ask to speak to a manager. They change "rules" as they go. Very sad. Hopefully my next bank is more willing to work with their customers.
