  Tellers are great. However the last 3 times I attempted to use the drive up ATM, it would not allow me to pull cash out.

  Used to be a great bank. My wife and I opened a joint account and I am a veteran. All my other accounts with 5/3 are set up for military banking. Freddie who set the account up refused to set it up as military banking and said it’s not needed due to them having so many atm’s. Nearest atm is not 5/3 Freddie failed. Also I recently cashed a check online. For 2,900. 5/3 told him it would take a week and a half to clear and couldn’t give a reason why. So I’m just supposed to wait around and what? Over draw my account. To then be charged an immediate overdraft fee followed the next day by an extended over draft fee. All they had to do was call the company who issued the check to verify lol.
