Out of all the fifth thirds I have dealt with this one is horrible, I understand they take appointments but how they inform you is very unprofessional. Rob who works in the office is the worst and after talking to his manager who happened to make excuses, I can see that their 2.3 rating is well deserved. No I do not want to call and discuss this with them and I will not be returning to this branch ever!!!!
