I’ve been with Fifth Third for years, other than giving slow service I have no complaints with the bank, but boy oh boy do the Fifth Third 360 card customer service really needs to be vamped up. It’s easy to use and I like it for using online. But, they are not very customer friendly.

53rd bank is by far the worst bank you can deal with. I have my house mortgage with this bank and they raised my rate for no reason and did not bother to tell me what the new rate was. I transfer money into the account from my regular bank to pay for the mortgage but they decided to charge me excessive over draft fees without telling me so I had to then transfer $92 of my hard earned money to cover these fees. I went to this branch and tried to explain what was going on and the teller was rude and did not care to help out in any way. Do not use 53rd bank.
