      Don’t currently bank here, but received INCREDIBLE service. Needed a notary and from the warm hospitality when I first walked in the door, to the friendly service the entire time until the moment I left was impressive. That alone would make me consider switching if I ever need to. Great people here!

      Fifth Third gave me a kids account and couldn’t explain why I have this account but I can explain why you aren't able to cash checks or put cash into the account. This account does not allow checks or cash because it is for new kids starting off dealing with money and to have direct deposit only so they can learn how to do basic banking. You can keep money in it. You just can't do a check deposit unless you do immediate funds availability which not all checks have. This account is really designed for kids and them starting off banking. DON’T BANK 🏦 WITH THEM. GO TO CHARLOTTE METRO 🙌💪🏼

      No bueno service. Not a single person in lobby and the manager was in office and told me to wait and give her a moment. 5 minutes rolled by and still no service so I left.
