      Glad to have this Uptown branch open on Saturdays. I stopped by to withdraw cash inside. Very nice experience at this new Fifth Third. Clean and modern inside the branch with a friendly and helpful staff.

      I’ve been to many fifth third locations and had great experiences but this one was absolutely terrible. I had several questions (about credit cards etc.) and asked to sit and speak through them with someone. Instead the young lady- who was doing her best and isn’t to blame- at the front desk was asked to just handle my questions by someone at a desk .. who had nothing else to do? The girl working the front desk literally walked from the front desk to two other people working there SIX times to try to get answers to my questions. I might add there were zero other customers and the workers at their desks were doing nothing. It was a ridiculous experience. I live at the apartment complex attached to that bank and would rather drive 5 miles to another fifth third than walk back down there ever again.
