This is both a five star review and a one star review. Stopped by the branch to open an additional account for my son. Experienced incredible customer service by Nonah who I had spoken to on the phone when inquiring if an appointment was needed. When we arrived at the branch Nonah greeted us, asked if we wanted water and mentioned the wait would be quick. Did everything in her power to free up a banker in our 45 minute wait. Additionally, Megan did a fantastic job with us in facilitating the opening of the account. The extremely aggravating part of this experience was listening to a banker and a customer talk personally for 45 minutes while we waited. Again kudos to Nonah and Megan.

So unprofessional Team, I have been trying to open a bank account, and the team was so uncooperative. The drive through service, no one is on their chair !!
