      I never give any bad reviews even it's really bad tho, but today I have to say it. I walked in, waiting a little bit and the lady at the reception counter call me, I came to and told her I need money change and I gave her my debit card, she holds it on her hand then she glanced me, her eyes look like judging me. She needs my ID, I gave it to her gently and she reports something on system. After everything done, she threw my card and ID down to the counter and counting the money I need " ... $... honey!" there's nothing to say if her tone voice and her attitude normally, but no ... it was like "now you can take your money and leave, I'm done with you and I don't want to see you at my work place". She's the only lady mainly at the reception counter, I won't tell her name up here, but I hope the owner know who I'm talking about and please tell her she needs a class to train her personality.

      12 years with Fifth Third bank. Business account. Overdraft for $120. Over $400 in fees in short time. Have to make many calls to get reversed. There are better options.
