Really like this bank, the tellers are really nice and pretty fast service. And they are pretty helpful. They are slow sometimes and it takes a while for deposits and checks to be process but better than most banks in this area

I have multiple Fifth Third business accounts and overall have had good experiences with the company as a whole, with the exception of this Palmetto branch. Every time I have tried to go to this branch there is some issue. They choose to nitpick and try to find reasons to not do their job or help you. They are rude and act inconvenienced by your presence. If this is the only location you would have access to, I would go to ANY other bank before doing business here.

Walking into this bank is spooky--the employees always outnumber the customers. I notice this in all their locations here in the Sarasota/Bradenton vicinity. I know they are big up north, but this area is obviously not one of their business hot spots. Everyone is always unfailingly friendly and helpful, though.
