      Slower than pnc takes for ever for them to open the plastic shields for drive through plan on waiting 15 minutes before you get service

      Never answer. Holidays they leave early don't answer phones in the last hour. I don't know if it's the bank or just the three rivers branch but they single handedly made it easy for me to switch banks they don't care about there jobs. Then get really upset when you call 900 times to just see when they close an the call center isn't updated to holiday hours an it just sends you to a automated thing again for account info nothing to do with what I wanted. Very very unprofessional.
