      Never have had any issues with 5th 3rd, they used to have a location in about every town. Now things are a lot different with people doing banking on the internet and realize that all those locations weren't needed. The only complaint I have is it's hard to find an ATM or one affiliated with 5th 3rd without paying fees. People complaining about fee's need to know banks always had policies in place when cashing checks. With counterfeiters getting more elaborate with their scams banks need to take precautions now more than ever.

      I've called this location about 15 times over a year span at all different hours off operation and not once have they ever picked up the phone. Even when I was maybe a block away and go figure they didn't have a single customer, I cant imagine that the employee's are doing to much. Especially when o go through the drive thru and they stuff my withdrawn money in the canister all crinkled up with my ID. I'd like to say it will change but it's been a year and counting, like come on!?
