  If you're looking for a place to get a mortgage or any kind of loan for that matter DO NOT use 5/3. I have been dealing with issues with them for months and every week I'm on the phone with them to fix the issue. Every time I think a problem is resolved I get a letter in the mail about some other fee I need to pay or that I'm overdue on a payment even though I clearly have records that it's been paid. The only reason I give them 1 star is because their employees in the call center are very nice and are doing their best.

  They refused to cash a personal check written to me by one of their own customers from their own fifth third account because the customer was from another branch in another town. And now today i couldn't get a stimulus check cashed because the teller has to make a call which put her on hold and had me waiting almost 15 mins before i simply went to walmart and had it cashed effortlessly with no questions.
