Poorly operated. I literally been trying to call for the last 3 days so that I can order a new debit card. I have not spoken to an actual person yet. Bad form

Fifth third offered me a loan that’s used for paying off credit card debt. They said my credit was good enough for the loan but it was because of my debt why I wasn’t approved lol. Payments for the loan would have been cheaper than my credit card payments that were always on time. Paid off my debt with a 401k loan, all interest is going to me. Opened up an account with another bank and purchased a house through them and cancelled my account with Fifth third.
