I went to deposit a large check and make the same amount into a money order for home construction. They failed to mention that the deposit wouldn’t hit until tomorrow and that they went ahead and made the withdrawal leaving my account balance negative for 24 hours. I called and they said there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service.

I’ve been a customer at 5/3 for 6 years. I’m not happy with the management. They gave me a credit card saying that it had 0% interest but gave me a wrong credit card with a really high interest rate and never solved my problem. Also I pay a lot of fees. I do not recommend this bank because the of the poor management.
