After being with BB&T now Truist for 25+ years, I was frustrated with their lack of customer service after their merger. I started looking for a replacement bank and decided to try Fifth /Third. They were having a promotion and I signed up. Sandra Hurst was wonderful! I appreciated all the time she took to explain everything to me. So much so, that I brought my son in a few days later to open his account. Beautiful bank, very friendly and helpful reps. Just wish you had more parking!

I was having alot of problems at another banking institution. I stopped at Fifth Third Bank at 5942 14th Street West. I met with Sandra Hurst. She was awesome to work with and answered all my questions and discussed all my concerns. Needless to say, I am now a customer at Fifth Third Bank. THANKS Sandra for great customer service.
