      Opened an account here because of a promotion they were having. Deposited a local check at the ATM. Noticed that the check hadn't cleared after a few days. Called and spoke to the manager Elvita (sp). She tried explaining that Check Services flagged my check because the issuer had bounced checks. I asked her to please speak slower as she was talking over me and I couldn't understand her with her accent. She blew up and said she had no accent and hung up on me. I called back and asked if she had hung up on me and her reply was can you understand my accent when I say no? Turns out that there is no check services, my check was held because it was a new account. 1- Ridiculous to hold a check for 10 days when I had more than enough in my savings to cover it. 2- why would a manager hang up on a customer? 3- There is no such thing as check services as confirmed by the bank's customer service people. Will be switching back to Chase.

      Slow service. Seems to be only one teller and she cannot multi task between drive thru customers and inside customers? Preference is definitely to inside customers only.
