      I'm sorry that I didn't get to give Fifth Third Five Stars. It's not this location that brought the score down from perfection. This location has great service and fixes problems as they come up. The problem with the bank is that they can't stop hackers from getting into my account and manipulating my funds.

      Walked in to the St. Matthews branch today with an odd request for documentation on a car loan. Tim Day took time to figure out how he could retrieve the documents and expedite my request. Tim was professional, industrious, and polite as he handled my issue. I do not live in Louisville, but if I did, this would be my bank as a result of Tim’s excellent customer service.
