      I must say that I am pleasantly surprised with my experience at Fifth Third Bank based on other Google reviews at this location. John Gallagher is exemplary. He is informative, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this branch.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. The bank made a mistake, I tried to resolve several times by calling, stopping by and talking to associates. After 2 weeks of waiting tried to call this branch and spoke to the Manager John, who clearly did not have time to listen to my explanation and before hanging up on me, shouted “Lady, I do not have time to argue”. I honestly have not had this kind of rude service in awhile. Was truly shocked.

      I have had a 5th 3rd bank account for the better part of a year. I have had nothing but problems with them. Don't pit your money in this bank!
