      I was banking here before it became 5th 3rd. After years of coming here, I am still satisfied EXCEPT the drive in lanes are quite thin. I have a 07 ford pickup that squeaks thru with 1" clearance on side mirrors and the mirrors are small. I guess architects aren't as smart as they used to be.

      Everything requires either time or for us to go to a physical branch when we can't. Other banks let us close or lock an account/card without going there physically but apparently not here. This place is highly inefficient and while the customer service is polite, they're unfortunately not helpful. This is one of the worst banking systems we have ever used. We normally don't like leaving terrible reviews but this has crossed a line.
