      Went to the bank at 11:00 today to open an account for our grandchild. We sat out side the only bankers office for 20 minutes waiting for him to finish with his customer. The teller finally acknowledged us and then said he would not be able to help us as he was with his last appointment. This would have been nice to have known 20 minutes earlier. She clearly knew we were there the entire time as she said hello as we walked in and sat down. Poor customer service at best.
