  The man working the counter (I didn't look at his name tag but he had a nice purple button up) was super friendly and quick he even asked me about my plans for the weekend give that man a raise

  This branch is the worst, I called the main customer service line looking for help on where I should go for currency exchanges and they told me the Springboro branch does exchanges and the person who does them will be in for the following 3 days after my phone call I went in the next day and they weren’t there that I should come back the next day. We were in a snow storm but I came back the next day anyways after his advisement they would be there They were not I called the next day (my now 3rd attempt) and they said they are not in I gave up and called another local branch and they put me on hold- called Springboro, low and behold the person is there! And they can do exchanges but I would have to be there in 30 minutes and I live a ways away so I can’t make it Overall just unimpressed and annoyed Will avoid this branch at all costs They have wasted so much of my time

  Of all the branches I have dealt with in CVG DAY CAK CLE and Florida - Richie sets the bar. Best run location in my opinion.
