      I would give this location zero stars for their HORRIBLE & extremely RUDE customer service! I went through the drive-thru and there were ZERO cars, just me. I wanted to do a very easy withdrawal. So while I am waiting, cars eventually came behind me. The teller with the blond, short, curly hair comes back who HAS my withdrawal slip telling how much I want to withdraw & asks me how much I am withdrawing & for my license- ridiculous. I thought this small withdrawal would be quick and easy & not such a hassle & a forever wait. So now I am waiting & waiting & notice she helped another car that drove out of the drive thru. Following that customer, she went to the other customer & neglected my simple request & not to mention I was there FIRST in line & yet not getting service. I had to go out of my way, park & go inside to ask for my license back because she was clearly choosing who she felt was more important to service versus in the order customers came. Very very very rude.. & she did not even apologize! Then I call to speak to the manager and the employees want to be nosey & know why I want to talk to the manager. First call I was put on hold & neglected .. after 5 minutes on hold, I hung up and tried again. They again wanted to know why I want to talk to the manager and put me on hold- I waited & waited & then they picked up the phone & hung up on me & did not speak to/help me. Then I called again & it was the machine when they were not even closed yet- thinking it was by mistake, I called and called again & it was the machine again. Then I called again & an employee answered & pretended to write my name & number down for the manager to call me back, but the manager never called me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE - this is how they treat customers who keep their money with them??? So unprofessional
