This place is one of my favorite branch. Had my account open here since 2008. Friendly staffs. I want to thank Jimmy he resolve an issue last month. The problem was 53 online staff mix all of my accounts under my twin brother and he even told her we're 2 different people. Obviously she didn't listen and now I had to deal with the mess. Called this branch and Jimmy went above and beyond and took care of my issue. Kudos to Jimmy he deserves a raise and a promotion.

Extremely poor service. I have an appointment at 1 pm Saturday. I reached the bank at 1pm and waited for 1 hour till 2 PM, and at the end the employees said to come on Monday. What a joke? I have traveled around 1 hour to open an account but this is hopeless. Very unexpected and unprofessional service. Ruined my day
