      Third fifth bank has non existent customer service. Meaning?? No one answers call, can never get thru , they don’t accept auto pay from your account from other institutions. You MUST have a checking account with them. I’ve had a car loan with them for six months. After unsuccessful tries to speak with a representative to open a lock acct, I refinanced with a credit union that gave me a 1.99 interest rate verses 3/5th 4.75. Many people I spoke to said they have the same problem with third fifth. I have an excellent credit rating/ high score. The reason I went with this institution was because Ford/ Sheeny Ford of Richmond must have a profit making relationship with them. Never again will I trust sheeny nor 3/5th Bank. I rated them a one only because the option didn’t allow me a negative zero or negative 20. I never do reviews. But I have to say customer PLEASE beware!!!
