      I'm unable to give them '0' stars. Run away if you have a choice. I did not have a choice - My mortgage was transferred to Fifth Third. I was just trying to register online to pay my mortgage. 5 calls, constant transfers - each call just disconnected. Then a customer service agent sent me to this 'Branch' on Santa Rosa road - It is not a branch! They don't know why I was sent here.

      I’ve had a mortgage here for about ten years. Every month they would automatically withdraw the payment from an account I had at my local bank. In August they withdrew the full amount three days late, which I had no control over. Then they sent me a letter saying I had not made my August payment, even though they had the money and it was 100% their fault that it was late. I have never received an apology or any communication from them about their mistake and subsequent false dunning letter. I’m going to refi with someone else.
