  I highly recommend Finance of America Mortgage. Casey Carpenter has helped me buy my first home and he has always been there from beginning til the end. He has helped me understand and assisted me in the pre approval process all the way to closing day. He worked relentlessly 24/7 and has been able to meet our needs in every step of the way.   Ricky, myself, and my buyers all worked together as a team to make the transaction go smoothly which made for a great experience for everyone involved. Ricky was instrumental in helping my buyers determine where their pricing comfort zone was with each property we submitted an offer on. He worked in tandem with me to put together the most competitive offer within my client's means and was always willing to call the listing agent to help instill confidence in my buyers ability to take the deal to close. He moved swiftly and was incredibly communicative the entire way. My buyers were rather nervous about the buying process and Ricky was incredibly cognizant of their emotions, always trying to help give them the information they needed to feel confident in their financial decisions.
