      Matt Genovese and his team were excellent to work with. He understood our goal of consolidating two higher interest rate loans with a few months of COVID deferred payments into one 30 year fixed with a lower interest rate. He made this happen in a timely manner and answered any questions or concerns that came up along the way. I will for sure reach out to Matt in the future for all Real Estate finance needs.

      This is the third time I have worked with Susan. I have worked with her on both an original mortgage and a refinance. Susan is the kind of loan broker I wish everyone could have. I had a challenging first mortgage. She helped find the right loan for me, explained all the options and implications very carefully and professionally and then made it happen. She is very organized and makes sure you are as well. There are no unpleasant surprises. She is very honest, direct and clear. She made a scary, overwhelming process very simple.
