The help to get things in order prior to submitting my application, the follow up and support throughout the process, including great pricing all ensured a successful close! I couldn't be more pleased. Even at the last minute we ran into a couple unforeseen issues, outside of our control, that only a team with experience, patients and a willingness to really want to help, made everything work out in the end. I will continue to refer family and Clients to Steve for their Mortgage Business! October 2020 Steve and Melissa work so well together. They seem to always be 3 steps ahead of the loan process, strong knowledge of the market, available programs and very proactive working with underwriting to ensure a smooth transaction. They offered many options on loan products to ensure the best loan for my needs. Communication was wonderful, they kept myself and everyone else involved in the transaction alway up-to-date . I’ve worked with many Mortgage Lenders over the years and Steve is a pleasure to refer to Friends, Family and Clients.
