I needed help for home financing for my first home purchase. Julie and her team guided me throughout the load process. The portal for uploading documents and exchanging information and secure and convenient way, accurate information to close the home faster are the things I loved her Julie's team. I needed her help to close the home in very limited time and to my surprise it was closed less time than I expected.

** This review is very relevant to this relocation** Very poor communication. Have tried to contact for over a week with no response. Even tried other branches and the 800 number for customer service with no success. Is say don't bother. If they don't care before the sale, why would they afterwards? And then you call me to tell you not to contact you? You are a joke! You should go work at a place that requires less skill in EVERY area, but especially communication. Completely ridiculous!!
